Mr. Beltz is honored to serve the community on the Hartville Village Council. Born in Akron, he has lived in the Hartville area 45 years. Mr. Beltz has served in other community roles as school board member, church board member and an Ambassador for the Presidential Prayer Team. His business background includes Vice President of a U.S. based international management consulting firm as well as a business owner, and previously worked for the Stark County Dept. of Education managing their information technology resources. Mr. Beltz is happily married to Renee, who works for Hartville Chocolate Factory, and they have three children: Craig, Tim and Lauren.

 

Mrs. Billings has lived in the Hartville area for 33 years and in the Village of Hartville proper for the past 27.  She graduated from Marlington High School.  Is married and has one child.  Mrs. Billings works at the Frontier Restaurant here in the Village and has been on Village Council for 4 years.

 

 

 Dr. Rich Currie is Director of Curriculum and Assistant Professor of Community Health Sciences at the Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy (NEOUCOM). Dr. Currie and his wife, Mary Jane, have been married for 39 years and have four children and seven grandchildren.  

 

 

Mr. Hough was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. He graduated from Canton South High School. Mr. Hough received a B.S.Ed.-Social Studies from Ohio University, with post Bacc. at Ashland Theological Seminary and post Bacc - St. Cloud State Univ.-Human Relations. He is currently a Christian Pastor and has pastored for 26 years in Ohio, Minnesota, Hawaii, and Kentucky. Mr. Hough is also employed by Multi-County Juvenile Attention Center. He as been a Hartville resident since 2000 and enjoys being married to Debbie (Weaver) Hough. They have two daughters and a son who make their home interesting.
